Cancellation
As cancellation it is considered the delete of the reservation, but also any change or postponement of the travel dates.
For cancellations made up to 61 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 60 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 4 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.

We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Check-in
Rooms are ready for check-in from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please give us a quick call. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., we’ll be happy to prepare a small meal for you.

Kindly ensure that you have all guests' identification documents ready for check-in. Even if you have completed online check-in, a brief identity verification will still be necessary.

Check-out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
If you are interested in a late check-out, please speak to our reception team the evening before.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free check-out, we kindly ask you to check your credit card limit in advance.
You can pay for your stay in cash (up to €4,999), by credit or debit card, or via instant bank transfer.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
- AMEX and Diner’s Club cards are NOT accepted

Deposit
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay the deposit by credit card we send you a link for the payment.

Hikes
If you need hiking maps or information and advices about hikes and excursions, ask at the reception. You can also borrow free of charge hiking poles and backpacks as long as stocks last. Take advantage of our daily excursions programme with experienced guides.

Pets
We charge 20.00€ per pet per night. Please understand that no pets are allowed to the dining rooms and to the wellness area. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning if necessary. Pet owners will be made liable for any damage caused by their animal.

Saunas
The saunas are open from 2.00-8.00 p.m. No admittance to the sauna area under 16 years of age, because it is a naked area! The sauna and wellness area is thought to be a peaceful oasis, so please be quiet and leave your mobile phone in your room.

Wellness bag
The wellness bag with bathrobe and towels can be found in the room and they are at your disposal for the whole holiday. (please bring your own sauna slippers)
